The Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is where all of the Wood Residential Policies and Procedures are located. It is important for our assosciates to know how to access and understand Wood Residential Policies and Procedures.

At the end of the course, you will be required to sign an acknowledgement form that you understand where and how to locate the Wood Residential Policies.
