Wood Residential provides a wide range of benefit programs to regular full-time associates. Medical, dental, vision, disability and, life insurance benefits become effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment. New hires are required to log-in to the online benefits enrollment tool to make their elections within 30 days of employment to secure eligibility.
