WR Manager Anti-Harassment and ADA Training

One of the key characteristics of the WRS culture is Respect and one of our key Commitments is to provide our associates with a harassment-free environment. We cannot expect our associates to treat our customers with respect if they do not feel respected. Respectful behavior at all levels is the best barometer a company has on the health of its culture. This session will help all managers not only understand but also avoid and respond to all forms of harassment to prevent harassment, promote respect to ensure a healthy workplace.

 
Along with our culture and commitment to select, hire, educate and retain the right employees, we want to also ensure the inclusivity of individuals with disabilities. This session will provide managers with all of the “in’s and out’s” of the Americans with Disability Act and the ADA Amendments Act. The ADA requires employers to provide reasonable accommodation to employees with disabilities and also prevents discrimination against these employees because of their disability. Through this session, managers with receive valuable information on the rights and protections for individuals with a disability and the importance of partnering with HR in determining a reasonable accommodation.
